Domain
Celes.net is my collective of video game shrines and fanlistings. Japanese RPGs are my favorite genre, so
most of the websites in this domain are for JRPGs, particularly the Final Fantasy series.
"Celes" comes from Celes Chere, a character
from the JRPG Final Fantasy VI by Squaresoft. Celes is my favorite video game character of all
time and has been for nearly twenty years.
This collective was previously located at Celes-Chere.net, which was a domain given to me by my friend
Diana after she got celes.nu. In July 2012, after having used Celes-Chere.net as my collective domain
for over 10 years, I decided to switch to the shorter domain Celes.net. Celes.net had previously been
used for my Celes Chere shrine; the shrine is now located at Celes-Chere.net.
The current layout, version eight, features Lucina, my favorite female character from the Nintendo
strategy RPG Fire Emblem: Awakening. The layout uses textures from Tre-xture and features
the font Selfish.
